SpriteFix provides automated sprite processing, preview, and export tools. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally allowed to use this service in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for your account security and activity under your account.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. User Content and Responsibility

• You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
• You represent that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions required to upload and process that content.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content, including content that violates intellectual property rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users.
• Bypass authentication, payment, entitlement, rate limits, or security controls.
• Use automated abuse patterns that degrade performance or availability.
• Reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with normal service operation.

5. Payments and Paid Features

• Paid features are processed through Razorpay.
• Pricing and availability may change for future purchases.
• Paid clean export entitlement is granted only after successful, verified payment status.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

SpriteFix branding, interface, and service components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly allowed, you may not copy, resell, or redistribute service components.

7. Disclaimers

SpriteFix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpriteFix and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business arising from service use.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpriteFix and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required for legal, operational, or security reasons, including Terms violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights available in your local jurisdiction.
