Payments for digital services are generally final once access is granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under this policy.

- Duplicate charge for the same account and purchase event.
- Verified billing error by us or our payment processor.
- Service-side technical failure that prevents paid access after support review.
- Other situations where applicable law grants a mandatory remedy.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after successful unlock and usage.
- Unsupported user environment not disclosed as supported by SpriteFix.
- Requests made without enough information to verify the transaction.
4. Request Window and Process
Contact piyush.kaushik02@gmail.com within 7 days of charge with your account email, Razorpay payment/order ID, charge date, and issue details.
5. Processing Time
If approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Final credit timelines depend on your payment provider.
